At AlumLA, our Shopify store is used exclusively for material samples and sample boxes to help you evaluate colors, finishes, and textures before placing a full order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of sample materials, all sample and sample box purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Samples are intended for evaluation purposes only and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Color & Finish Disclaimer

Our aluminum panels are designed to replicate the natural beauty of wood.
As with any decorative material:

• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, surroundings, and installation orientation
• Digital images and screens may not accurately reflect true color and texture

Samples are provided to give you the closest possible representation, but minor variations are normal and expected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return or replacement is due to an error on our part.

Full Orders

This Return Policy applies only to samples and sample boxes purchased through our Shopify store.

All full material orders are subject to separate terms, which will be provided at the time of quoting and purchase.
