• 20-Year Limited Warranty by AlumLA. 
• AlumLA guarantees its aluminum products against any defects in manufacturing, both in materials and workmanship. 
• In case AlumLA products exhibit damage or defects due to manufacturing during the warranty period, AlumLA has the authority to replace such materials.
• Replacing defective products under this Limited Manufacturer Warranty by AlumLA is the sole solution for material or workmanship defects. Only AlumLA-branded products are eligible for replacement. Costs related to incorrect installation or handling are not covered by AlumLA.
• Products installed as per AlumLA guidelines and adequately maintained are assured against the following issues:
• Warping: AlumLA will consider replacing materials that exhibit excessive warping, preventing proper installation or causing noticeable distortion, at its discretion.
• Corrosion Resistance: Guaranteed protection against rust and corrosion with proper installation and maintenance.
• Crack-Free Finish: The AlumLA Finish is assured to be free from visible cracks.
• Chalking Resistance: AlumLA Finish is designed to resist chalking.
• Color Stability: The AlumLA Finish is expected to maintain its color, with minimal change observable on a cleaned and prepared surface.

Warranty Terms and Conditions 

• The AlumLA warranty, valid for 20 years, starts from the delivery date and applies to the original owner or purchaser residing at the property.
• AlumLA reserves the right to refund the original cost of defective materials that cannot be effectively repaired, refurbished, or replaced.
• AlumLA does not assume liability for mishandling due to improper installation workmanship.

Exclusions:

• Excludes discoloration and fading due to natural or environmental factors. Variations in pigmentation may occur, giving each material piece a unique appearance similar to natural wood tones.
• Materials exposed to harsh environmental elements, including corrosive chemicals or toxic substances, are not covered.
• Damage caused by unforeseen events like fires, natural disasters, or other significant incidents is not covered under this warranty.
• Mandatory maintenance: Customers must adhere to the specified annual maintenance guidelines stated in this warranty.
• Notification within 30 days of discovering any defect is required for processing repair or refinishing claims. Proof of purchase is necessary, and AlumLA must be allowed sufficient time for claim verification.
• Damages from post-installation handling, shipping mishaps, or improper installation are not covered.

Maintenance Guidelines: Quarterly freshwater cleaning is required for AlumLA materials to avoid corrosion due to deposits.

Begin with a gentle wipe using a damp sponge or microfiber cloth to remove loose dirt.

Clean AlumLA products with a soft cloth or brush in a mild soap and warm water solution, using soaps with effective emulsifiers for common stains.

Low-pressure water cleaning is recommended, preferably with filtered water. Avoid using unfiltered tap or groundwater.

Avoid using strong chemical cleaners as they can damage the powder coatings.

Customers should maintain and submit an annual log of all maintenance performed on AlumLA materials to (info@alumla.com).

Except as explicitly stated in this agreement, no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, are provided by AlumLA, including but not limited to warranties of quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
